Re: OpenVPN Client on Chromebook
Unfortunately, no. If you can't install it on your device then it's not supported.

Re: New Version?
Being on an unsupported OS with potential security problems has me a bit nervous. There is no reason for concern. Unless you are exposing your HDA to the internet for all to see, very little chance of any issues. We are working on Amahi 12 for Fedora 34. BTW, mine is exposed to the internet somewha...

Re: SOLVED: Locally mounted shares / Disk Stats app
No, there is no fix as why there is an open bug report.
It's harmless and won't affect the app.
BTW, we prefer if you start a new post vs using one that is marked CLOSED or SOLVED.

Re: Plex Media Server Setup
Understand and was just trying to manage expectations :) The community is not as active any more, but hopefully someone will help out here. If not, try searching the forums here for guidance. There was quite a bit about Plex Media Server and might be something that will help you with your questions.

Re: Plex Media Server Setup
Hello,
We do not provide support on how to use the applications. That is left up to the vendors.
Recommend you check out the plex-media-server App website. I am sure there is guidance there or search the internet.

Re: Add a BIOS configure RAID to my Available Storage
Oh sorry, it wasn't obvious to me that you were asking how to use the greyhole-ui . There is guidance in the wiki for setting it up. Basically you have to manually mount the drives first so Amahi sees them. If it was me, I would go the Greyhole route. I use it with 3 drives and have had great success.

Re: Add a BIOS configure RAID to my Available Storage
Hello, First of all, greyhole-ui is not an app for RAID. Recommend you carefully read the description. We don't provide support for RAID, however there is some guidance in the wiki that might help. Keep in mind these are tutorials provided by the community and may be dated. Sorry we cannot help much.

Re: Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'updates'
That is correct for the amahi.repo file.
Did you get this sorted out?

Re: Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'updates'
Try
Then try again.
Have you made any manual configuration changes recently?
That behavior indicates you don't have internet connection.
Also, openssl should be installed already with Amahi.
Code: Select all
sudo dnf clean all
