I definitely have cifs-utils installed, as I followed the guide exactly.
Any other way to troubleshoot to figure out what's going on?

Re: Locally mounted shares show as empty
fpaste: http://paste.fedoraproject.org/349716/45984835/ My shares are in the default /var/hda/files, yes. Using grayhole to pool in two additional drives, but all three drives have tons of space on them so I do not know why I'm getting that error. Anyways, I tried stopping the service, then restarti...

Re: Locally mounted shares show as empty
Thanks for replying Bigfoot :) my .smb_credentials are definitely correct. They are set for my first admin user (my user) - with username and pass correct for that user. Domain is set as domain=HOME. Our Windows workgroup has a different name than default, do you think that matters? This is the outp...

Locally mounted shares show as empty
Hi friend at Amahi, I followed the wiki instructions to mount my shares locally, and I can see the share names in /mnt/samba. When I cd into a share directory, however, they show empty. I look at the mysql troubleshooting and that doesn't seem to be a problem. Permissions in /var also look good for ...

Re: DHCP Leases Not Showing on Dash, DNS Issues
Well I got it the DNS resolving fixed. I released and renewed the ip on that client computer and now it's working... it took that even after a reboot (maybe that's normal, I don't know)... but anyways, I can now navigate to files using that client's domain name rather than just ip address

Re: DHCP Leases Not Showing on Dash, DNS Issues
This is possible... I'll look into how a WAMP server receives DNS to try and figure that out. The client computer with the WAMP server is definitely reporting it's getting DNS from the HDA correctly. The reason for the multiple servers is essentially legacy... I run websites for a living and have us...

Re: DHCP Leases Not Showing on Dash, DNS Issues
The DHCP leases not showing is a known problem. We hope to resolve it soon. As a work around, you can do the following: sudo mkdir /var/lib/dhcp3 sudo ln -s /var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases /var/lib/dhcp3/dhcpd.leases As for your other issue, ensure your client is receiving the DHCP and DNS from the HDA....

DHCP Leases Not Showing on Dash, DNS Issues
I set up a new HDA today via Ubuntu 12.04 It is assigning my clients DHCP leases, but they do not show up on the dashboard. Clients can browse the internet just fine. Something with DNS is not working properly, and maybe this is related to the DHCP problem... I can navigate (from a client) to an app...

Re: Crashplan and headless HDA
It looks like everything went fine with the install, according to the logs :) I was able to get into my HDA's CrashPlan interface via the link at the bottom of the wiki article. Using that tutorial (on Crashplan's site) I'm able to view Crashplan's interface on both my Windows machine and my Ubuntu ...

Crashplan and headless HDA
I had issues getting Crashplan to install, but this morning it finally installed on my HDA. I'm not able to configure it, however. I'm not sure if this is because my HDA is headless. I've configured Putty with Xming, and I've tried FreeXer as indicated on this page: https://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/...
