Re: Amahi 7 alpha 2 release
@northridgegrp The log indicates all is normal during install. The error you cite is normal on the first install (because the installer tries to re-initialize the DB, but it does not exist the first time). So, upon reboot, it would be good to look at whether httpd is running. If it's not, it's bad ...

Re: Cannot access owncloud after install (X-post from apps)
Have you tried following the Amahi Interactive Troubleshooter yet (http://amahi.net/)?
Also you should probably try a simpler Amahi application such as, "https://www.amahi.org/apps/linfo", before you dive in any further.

Re: Client sync
Go to the ownCloud Community Forum: http://forum.owncloud.org/ They have an entire section on the Owncloud Sync Clients. You might find something there or post an item. Unfortunately very few people there are not familiar with the "Amahi" world, so craft your words clear, carefully, and de...

Re: Amahi ownCloud Wiki Pages
I only have two hard disks on my server so I use LVM (not more room in the box) which is more than enough for my storage requirements. In future it will most likely be using the BTRFS type on my hard disks.
As far as backup application I use rsnapshot.
