Still no luck. I think I'm going to give in and admit defeat. In the next week i will just do a fresh install based on Fedora 14 and will post if I have any issues. After all the installation process is so simple.

I recently noticed sickbeard on the One-Click market and gave it a shot. Im running fedora 12 and it was a recent install as of about 1 week ago. Actually, that link it did work. When i clicked the link it went right to the bottom of the page and i guess i didn't notice the very first reply. I was able to kill the <pid> and from there i was good on the updated sabnzbd. Thanks a lot for the help. Now if i could only fix the 503 from sickbeard....
