Re: Clean install partitioning
@jayrock Looked up the wiki entry, seems right to the point to me. Just for better readability you might want to increase the space between the lines. One technical question, though: Is there an advantage in using LVM over simple partitions? I simply have one root ext4 partition, one swap and an add...

Re: Clean install partitioning
Hi,
how about adding this to the amahi wiki?
I only read this now and will do a clean partitioning for the use with greyhole now.
This could save time for many people.

Re: Cannot delete empty folders
That did the trick. But isn't greyhole supposed to do that every day at midnight?
Becaue I waited a whole day and it still did not work before the manual fsck.
Just to improve my understanding of greyhole.
Anyway, merci beaucoup.

I tried moving full directories from one share to another, however that left me with some empty folders on the forst share. Both shares are part of the storage pool. Greyhole is latest version. greyhole.conf state...

Re: Free Space filling up fast, please help
I just ran the migration script and came up with a similar error:
Reloading monit: /etc/monit.d/crashplan.conf:1: Error: syntax error ':'
Does it mean crashplan is not running any more?
I tried to install the package from the last bug, but yum couldn't ffind it.

Re: migrate Scaleo WHS to Amahi any ideas?
I'm running Amahi on a Intel SS-4200 device, which I upgraded to 2GB RAM and a Core2Duo E4500. This was not out of necessity for Amahi, though. I installed wit a graphics adapter in the PCIe 1x slot and a DVD drive plugged on one of the SATA cables. Tried to do it headless, but it did not work well,...

Re: JDownloader Integration
hi, to install manually you have to be logged in via vnc, because you need the graphical environment. Visit jdownloader.org and go to the downloads linux section. You will find an invitation to use a new method for mac and linux. These instructions worked very well for me. Download the script, make ...
