Umm, http://wiki.amahi.org has nothing to do with what platform version you are running.
The other day the wiki and blog were down due to high traffic, as they are both hosted on a different server than the forum and the main site.

We have seen this with HDAC3, please install HDA Connect 2 and use it until we get this resolved.

Well, you have to look at it this way. That HDD is not spinning ALL the time, it does get rest time. Also, you can get an external, hook it up, and backup things with whatever program you like to it just in case, that way that HDD is only on for say, 1-2 hours a day, or a week if you only backup wee...

Did you restart your client/workstations after enabling amahi as DHCP?

Hmm. Does this happen every time you navigate to the page?
Also, on a one click install, it automatically (or should) insert all data into the mysql db, so that all you have to go to the forum and login and change settings etc. That way theres little interaction to the user.
