Re: Volunteers needed: Mediatomb alpha

@chrisclaydon and allanon09: you're both added to the list. Let me remind everybody that's added to the list: I would like some feedback on the installation! Did it install correctly, is the mediaserver working properly (e.g. serving any media, webUI working, etc)? Configuration problems (mime-types...

Re: Volunteers needed: Mediatomb alpha

Thanks for the feedback! For sorting your media, MediaTomb supports custom scripting using JavaScript. For some examples, check here: http://mediatomb.cc/dokuwiki/scripting:scripting Regarding the vob-files: I don't use vob-files so I don't know but I think you're looking in the right direction (the...

Re: Volunteers needed: Mediatomb alpha

I would like to test this app. How would I go about that?
I'll add you to the collaborator's list and the app will show up on your list of available apps.

I do expect a report of how things went :!: (installation, initial usage and so on) ;)

More volunteers needed: Mediatomb alpha

I packaged MediaTomb as an app which still is in alpha-status. Reason being: it uses the new "Elevated privileges" feature, which is available from hdactl release 3.5.1-1, to enable it to be an one-click-install app. I would like to see some testing on it. It works for me and some others but I'm sti...

Re: Express CD: Amahi 5.4, 32bits

I just installed the 64-bit version. Very nice and crazy fast!! Couple of little things though: - After "Configuration of Amahi" (just after first reboot) the user is asked to make a choice: reboot now or later. I couldn't make a choice and it defaults to "Reboot later". - When installed i...

Re: Greyhole issues

Just helped someone with the same problem.

It was solved by deleting the record that was giving trouble from the tasks_completed in the greyhole database.
In your case it would mean giving the following statement:

Code: Select all

sqlite3 /var/cache/greyhole.sqlite 'delete from tasks_completed where ID = 11926'
