Re: Missing "webapps" when installing new web app?
Hmm. I enabled "advanced settings" and it looks like the tab appeared. I was able to create a new webapp for Magento, and will try installing it now.

Missing "webapps" when installing new web app?
The instructions for installing a new, custom, web application seem incorrect.
The instructions I found online indicate there should be a link to add a new webapp, but my "apps" page doesn't have the link. Is there a feature that needs to be enabled?

Re: How do I boot into single-user mode so I can run fsck?
I'll have to watch mine reboot again. I don't remember it showing me a menu. It goes directly to "Loading Linux Operating System" without stopping to give me a choice. This question goes along with an earlier one about my Amahi box freezing. I left a vmstat running, and when it appeared &q...

How do I boot into single-user mode so I can run fsck?
How do I boot into single-user mode so I can run fsck? My Amahi server is showing strange problems. Unexpected python crashes, freezing system, I'd like to check both the filesystem and RAM.
Speaking of which, what's the safe way to run a RAM test?

Re: Computer freezing, won't update, can't su to root
I'm wondering how I can reboot Amahi in a shell mode so I can try to eliminate a bunch of extra stuff. Not sure if inittab is the right place to start...

Computer freezing, won't update, can't su to root
Today when I came home I discovered my computer froze, and the keyboard lights blinking. I rebooted it twice and it made it up. In /var/log/messages I found: Sep 13 22:29:44 localhost abrtd: Directory 'ccpp-1284431384-2698' creation detected Sep 13 22:29:45 localhost abrtd: New crash /var/spool/abrt...

DHCP losing client lease
I have a Suse 10.3 laptop with the hostid tgagne2. When it boots up its leases an IP address without a problem but a few minutes later it loses it. Here's the original request: Mar 30 06:45:09 localhost named[20324]: client 127.0.0.1#34845: signer "ddnskey" approved Mar 30 06:45:09 localho...

Need ready-to-go sendmail configuration
I really hate Sendmail. I have a fairly simple home network. I have a firewall, my HDA is behind it. I have four other computers on my .home.lan. I would like to have sendmail use my ISP's host for sending mail so that I can get phplist to work, as well as other HDA apps that need to send mail. I'm ...

Re: Fedora Constantine doesn't allow new repositories be added
My fault. I downloaded the "Live DVD" or something like that. It was the first option available.
It's a good thing I'm downloading again, anyway. The default was 32-bit. What a waste of my new motherboard...
I'm installing it now and it follows the directions much more closely.
