If you require logging of sites visited, I believe you can get that functionality by creating an account at opendns and enabling logging; then whenever a site is visited that uses amahi's DNS, it should get recorded there.

To uninstall apps: Log into your Amahi hda control panel (Dashboard) Click on 'Apps' (default theme it is in top right corner) Now under the 'Apps' tab, select 'Installed' You will now see a list of the installed apps.
