I've got mine working headless without worrying about automatic login. Amahi still works if you don't log into the server.

How do you connect o the box? webvnc requires user to be loged in first...

some more update: (note that i didnt do anything other than tried to ping the apps) when I call the app by clicking on it in the dashboard or after typing its name in the browser some apps run at once, some display the page could not be found and some display the service temporarly unavailable error...

you have to make sure it's pinging to your hda IP, not some other (opendns guide IP).

how do i do that?
