Re: IP conflicts with Amahi's DHCP
Do not fix, its a flaw where windows doesn't follow the 'proper' authentication sheme for dhcp 'this is probably because windows server automaticaly 'restricts' access to that IP lease 'thus expluding it from the 'scope' the best way to fix would be to remove the 'make this a fixed ip' button from y...

Re: The Official Roadmap Draft for Amahi 5 and later versions..
hi janjacobs, theming support is easy - or better yet, its very easy, the only problem is that it take an unbelievable lot of time. to be honest just about any script kiddie could integrate theming into any part of any webbased app. if they'd be willing to spend weeks of going through the 'entire (h...

Re: The Official Roadmap Draft for Amahi 5 and later versions..
cpg, - that i knew, but i wanted it very clear in this topic that we (all of us should drop all attention on F11 (in favor of f12) ... and most of F10's also.... so we can spend as mutch attention to F12 (and rhell6 ) as we can .... and hopefully stick to it until at least amahi v7 that's all i mean...

Re: The Official Roadmap Draft for Amahi 5 and later versions..
my thoughts exactly also - that rumor about Rhell 6, meaning that id have to say ... that amahi 5 should be the last release based on FC10, - and amahi 6 whill be FC12/Rhell6 based. if this is the case, than i may have some work to do, to figure out, a a first draft on both the amahi 5 and amahi 6 v...

Re: backup shares
im not sure if its definetly desided yet - but i think we talked about diferent backup tools,
backula i think was one of them...
if we cant convince them to 'make' the app for amahi, they may want to build it as a backula mod.... we than could use it still...

Re: Printer Maintenance Tool
cpg running xorg on a server is kind of something that one may want to avoid... it WOULD be really nice to see if there are commandline tools or cubs plugins for stuff like that though... if there is some kind of 'webtool' for this, i would depreciate the graficall x-tools right on the spot... someb...

Re: The Official Roadmap Draft for Amahi 5 and later versions..
when i read the comments above, id have to say that FC12 sounds like a nice-2-have ... but to be honnest, this also sounds like problems... if my assumptions are anywhere near correct - 'we re now stuck with FC10 (current), FC11 - in beta - and fc12 (latest and greatest), in my opionion we're allrea...
