Re: SABnzbd 2.3.7 released

Ok a bug report seemed fairly counter-intuitive. Why is that? Anytime there is need to update Amahi, that is and has always been the path. Great you are able to update yourself. Can you please submit a bug report ? This will help us and the community to keep this app updated. Oh I guess it just wou...

Re: SABnzbd 2.3.7 released

Please submit a bug report . Also we only update apps for the latest Amahi version which is 11 on Fedora 27. Forums is not the place to request updates. Developers don’t monitor them. Ok a bug report seemed fairly counter-intuitive. I will remember that for the future. I just went ahead and updated...

CLOSED: SABnzbd 2.3.7 released

Can the app be updated to 2.3.7 from the 2.3.5 that it is currently on in the store?

Re: Greyhole not picking up new files without fsck

All paths in SabNZBd should point to your locally mounted samba shares whether Greyhole is managing them or not. If not the spool won't detect changes. It looks like you are telling SabNZBd to work directly with the file paths. If that is the case, you are going to run into a lot of headaches later ...

Re: mnt/samba/newsgroups/incomplete issues

It looks like the locally mounted shares were created with 770 as you were concerned about in your last post but that shouldn't matter as apache and alex are both part of the users group. Did you see if you had a sabnzbd user and verify that it is also in the users group? If not that may be why it i...

Re: Mount share locally apache

Weird, it all seems to work now for some weird reason.

Well, the way I see it, if it works, don't question it!

Thank you for the help!
No problem. Looking over your new post now.

Re: Mount share locally apache

Would the new locally mounted shares also need to be set to 775? The default script seems to default to file 660 and folder 770. .smb_credentials,uid=${uid},gid=${gid},file_mode=0660,dir_mode=0770, hmmm I am relooking at that part of the script but I have not needed to change anything there. I woul...

Problem with orphaned files in Greyhole

I noticed some files (due to my own errors early on with Amahi and greyhole install) that were in the storage directories but not in the pool. I tried to run a greyhole fsck with -o option to find orphaned files and add the metadata but I get the following error. # greyhole -f -o PHP Warning: PHP St...

Re: Mount share locally apache

What I did was just added users that needed rwx on the locally mounted shares to the users group. Then you don't need a different locally mounted share instantiated for each user: first run "groups <account_name>" if it's not listed in the users group then usermod -a -G users <account_name...

Re: mount_shares_locally revised wiki page help

There shouldn't be many users added by the web apps. Most users are internal to the app and not actual linux users. I had to add app created users to the users group for emby, plex (when I tested it), sonarr, radarr, bazaar, sabnzbd and a few others. Basically anything that has to deal with the fil...
