This is now on my radar, will look into it tomorrow morning. I think it was running as root for my quick and dirty initial installation, something was messing with my shares. Shouldn't be too hard to narrow down though!

Have you guys tried installing the updated app after installing the required 32bit libs?

This is most likely due to incorrect folder permissions. The "apache" user needs permissions to read/write to the folder. I suggest making a new share and pointing uTorrent to the correct path.

I'll try to dig it up. It requires installing missing 32bit binaries.
