Re: Conundrum: old Greyhole data pool on my upgraded Amahi 11 / Fedora 27 HDA

I've done the sudo greyhole -f command several times and the sudo greyhole -l command.

I believe moving the LZ to another location might be a good idea to try. I'll look check the wiki for instructions. If you have them handy, and could point them to me, that would be appreciated.

Yes, I've checked those out and followed them. Unfortunately, they haven't been helpful in resolving my issue. I was hoping there was sage advice from other quarters that could aid me.

Conundrum: old Greyhole data pool on my upgraded Amahi 11 / Fedora 27 HDA

I recently upgraded to Amahi 11 / Fedora 27. I reinstalled Greyhole but some of the files don’t seem to be there anymore. Also, when I copy files to the HDA shares, such as Movies (/var/had/files/movies), the directory /dev/mapper/fedora-root which mounts as /, is filling up. What advise do you have...

Upgrade or Install to Amahi 11 w/ greyhole

Presently I'm using Amahi 10 / Fedora 25. I'd like to upgrade to Amahi 11 / Fedora 27. One concern I have is that I have a lot of data stored in greyhole on my HDA. Presently greyhole has three dedicated hard drives that are not pooled with the drive that contains the operating system or application...

I'd already seen and followed steps in the wiki; did not resolve the issue. What is the next level of troubleshooting?

Re: Can't find Plex Media Server

I will attempt to clarify. Using a browser I open the Plex app Dashboard on which there is an option to find the Plex Server to use with the app. The Plex app is unable to find the Plex Media Server running on the HDA. Does this help to explain?

Can't find Plex Media Server

I can't find the Plex Media Server on my HDA. I've installed Plex Media Server via the app store, paying the fee. I've installed the app and have issued the "chown -R apache:users /var/lib/plexmediaserver" command in a root terminal session. Also, I can see that the "amahi-plex" service is running a...

Re: HDA DHCP server not working after power failure

Interesting. I don't have a network at the second address. Is there a way to remove whatever is causing this?

Re: HDA DHCP server not working after power failure

I've done the troubleshoots and the DNS service isn't functioning properly. I have a fpaste link I can share with you that has the necessary information requested as part of the network interactive troubleshooter. I'd left a post in the help chat, but no one replied prior to me having to depart that...
