Yes the users are on different machines. I even checked the credential manager to make sure there where no previous logins saved for HDA and there is nothing. Ya it's showing it and I looked around in the plex settings and its showing 1.17 too. The amahi dashboard still shows it being 1.13 but as far as PMS showings its updated then im good.... Thank you!

I ran that command and it brings up a lot of information, but I don't see where it shows the version of Fedora or plex. Can I output the results somewhere?

I used this command in terminal " cat /etc/fedora-release" and it shows me using Fedora release 27. So it should work then ?
