"Are you using Amahi for your DHCP and DNS server functions?" Yes, I believe that is how I let it set up.

"Have you tried clearing the browser cache or using a different browser?" I started in Chrome. I just tried it in IE11 and got the same problem.

Also, I'm running in a VM, so if I need to start over it's a non-issue.

I have Amahi running, and was able to install/enable Jinzora. I click on the Jinzora link from my dashboard and I receive a login screen for Revive Adserver. "Welcome to Revive Adserver Enter your username and password to log in" Log in? With what credentials? I go to Revive's web site and...
