I went ahead and restarted the server (via the HDA control panel) and the server is now running again.

CLOSED: Amahi Anywhere Server stopped, unable to start
As noted in the subject, how to do I get it to restart? Clicking the "Start" in the servers tab of the HDA GUI yields no results. I am running Amahi 8 on Fedora 21 (latest builds that I am aware of).

Re: PuTTY Fatal Error
YAY!!! Finally got it! Thanks for running this to ground, much appreciated.
Now, on a related note, what is the compelling reason to add the public and private keys? Logging in is really no big deal to me.

Re: PuTTY Fatal Error
Okay so how do I accomplish this after I have installed Amahi? Do I have to go back and reinstall Fedora 21, do this "fix" then reinstall Amahi?

Re: PuTTY Fatal Error
Ya I tried it both ways already. I have a feeling it's something to do with a network or computer setting more than PuTTY, as in there is something preventing the connection from completing. I also tried KiTTY with the same results.

Re: PuTTY Fatal Error
My HDA IP address is 192.168.254.10, which is exactly what I have in Putty. I am using the default Port of 22, and ESM says that the SSH service on port 22 is running on the HDA. I am letting the HDA, not the router, be the DHCP server just like is recommended. Regarding the public and private keys,...

Re: PuTTY Fatal Error
I've tried and retried a gazillion times. The thing is, it never establishes a connection. As soon as I click the OPEN in Putty, the message appears. I've tried turning off every firewall I know of entirely too, all with the same result. Since this is a tool I've never used before, I'm really at a l...

Re: PuTTY Fatal Error
Yes, have searched internet for issues. Some indicate it is a firewall issue, which I have looked into with no love yet. I also added the Public key, same results. Sorry to be a pain.

Re: PuTTY Fatal Error
Ugh, now I am getting a different error on two different computers (one is hard wired, the other wireless). Now the error message, immediately upon trying to connect, is

SOLVED: PuTTY Fatal Error
I am trying to access my HDA using PuTTY, but cannot get in. Immediately upon trying to open a session, I receive the following message, "Server unexpectedly closed network connection". Now I will admit I have never used this program before, but I followed the Wiki on how to get it set up....
