OK I tried to install VNC one last time with the same result. Except both samba server and VNC sever not running and can not start them thru dashboard.

I can access the HDA sever thru ShellinAbox. but not being an expert on fedora, don't know what command to use to view the log file

I too had Samba crash after installing VNC. Finally had to re-install Amahi 7 express. (twice)

gave up trying to find a fix.

I think VNC is a nice feature for headless system but it needs to work and not crash samba file server.
