On another post(can't find the link now) I read that someone had the same thing happen to them once they installed VNC which is what I did. I am rebuilding but this time WILL NOT install VNC.

Have you found a fix for this? I am running into same issue. I just installed Amahi and copied files just fine. Then I installed a DLNA & Amahi Anywhere and now I can't access shares and fileserver (samba) has stopped and will not restart.
