Re: OpenVPN

The openvpn App is primarily used by most for accessing the HDA remotely for outside the network. Many use it from their phone.

No reason for using it to access your HDA inside your local network from clients in my opinion.

Re: SABnzbd 2.3.7 released

Please submit a bug report.

Also we only update apps for the latest Amahi version which is 11 on Fedora 27.

Forums is not the place to request updates. Developers don’t monitor them.

Re: Cannot Access Dashboard after Upgrade

Sorry the upgrade did not work well.

It didn’t for me either and had to start over from scratch.

Will mark this topic closed.

Re: Cannot Access Dashboard after Upgrade

Did you follow the upgrade guidance and remove all the apps?

If not, that's likely you issue.

You may have to install from scratch to get things back up and running.

Re: Turning off DHCP on an ATT modem/router

Try this guidance . Even though it's not for AT&T, it will work. I have an AT&T router and I am using it with my HDA. You can also set the AT&T router to give out IP addresses for a specific range, such as 200-253, then set the HDA to do 100-199. You'll be running two DHCP servers, but they will nev...

Re: Changing HTTP name from HDA

Sorry, but that's not possible.

There is a feature request (bug 1898) for this option, so it may be implemented in a future version.

Only option is to access via IP address. Running two Amahi servers on the same network could cause conflict as well.

Re: SSD upgrade

The root file system is xfs type.

Check out increase/expand xfs filesystem article. Although it applies to CentOS, it should work for Fedora as well.
