Re: EE router was good. New Sky Q router, stopped working.

BTW, if you are using Amahi Ubuntu, we no longer support it.

Recommend you upgrade to the latest supported version, Amahi 11 on Fedora 27.

Re: long-time Amahi user that's never auto-updated

The Amahi Fedora 19 repository was shutdown a while back.

You will gain nothing by trying to do an update. The OS was retired years ago.

Amahi does not update old versions, only the latest supported version.

Recommend you update to the latest, Amahi 11 on Fedora 27.

Are you using the HDA for DHCP?

If so, yes the IPv6 DHCP Server needs to be unchecked.

Re: Time & Date Selection at installation

What install method are you using?

Recommend you do minimal CD. It works best for most users.

Re: Turning off DHCP on an ATT modem/router

Are you using the HDA for DHCP and DNS server?

If so, try changing the DNS provider to something else, then change it back and see if that helps.

BTW, I checked and the amahi.org IP address did change. The Network Troubleshooter should be updated now.

Re: long-time Amahi user that's never auto-updated

What version are you using?

Looks like you might not have network connectivity.

Try running the Interactive Network Troubleshooter.

Re: Partition Overwrite?

Probably the best option. Will ensure a clean install.

Re: Partition Overwrite?

Hmmm.

I do believe you might have chosen one of the drives in the Fedora setup.

We recommend installing with additional drives disconnected. Then once Amahi is setup, connect the drives

Re: Partition Overwrite?

Fedora and Amahi don’t write to drives added.
