eth0 is the device that is being shared with the rest of the network. it would be using klink0 for internet connectivity.
am I allowed to use the regular network manager for this?

I currently live in an area with NO internet access options besides 3g/4g hot spots and dial up. I use my phone as a usb tethered connection.
