Re: Jinzora install problem
Ok I will do that then. Yesterday I tried a fresh new install all night. 4 tries but every time an error related to network. As far as I can see the server at Amahi did not respond or did not respond well. Second reboot never occurred. Logs mentioned different things like network errors and parsing ...

Re: Jinzora install problem
My question was related to DNS that comes with Amahi and how it works and can be configured etc. I am really thinking of doing a complete reinstall of my HDA because I'm getting weird problems and you don't. This seems to me that at the install maybe something was already gone bad. If nothing else c...

Re: Jinzora install problem
Hello Bigfoot65,
Yes I tried it via the fully qualified name being jinzora.ldqk.net
The logfiles I did not check yet. I'll do that tonight and post the result.

SOLVED: Jinzora install problem
Hello, I tried to install Jinzora which seems to have worked. /var/hda/web-apps/jinzora/html is filled. However starting from the Amahi Dash board brings me to a OpenDNS page. The machine that I'm using as a client to Amahi HDA is an OpenSUSE 12.3. As DNS it has the following order: Name server 1 19...

Re: Amahi7 installation problems
Hello Bigfoot65,
No I did not. And of course this was my mistake. After I followed the install prerequisites for fedora the drive got recognized and the mount -a command did not give any issue anymore.
I have now a fully working HDA and I am putting it to use now.
Thanks.
