Re: [SOLVED] steps 9 and 10 of Network troubleshooter failin

Okay I deleted cookies and the behaviour was the same. I wonder if others have same problem with firefox (18.0.1). (and If that is a correct diagnosis). So I will just have to switch browsers when I need to post!

Re: [SOLVED] steps 9 and 10 of Network troubleshooter failin

The logging in problem persists. I only got in by using Chrome. Maybe there is a bug which leads Firefox cookies to get corrupted or out of step. I will try clearing all cookies for Amahi and see if that clears the firefox issue. Otherwise I will just switch to Chrome if I need to post! Thanks for y...

Re: steps 9 and 10 of Network troubleshooter failing

Well...I checked the ipconfig /all and it shows everything as it should be and then I redid the nslookup and it is now working, though I didn't think I have changed anything since I last checked!!! I must have !!!!!

So Thanks, another wonderful mystery and everything is fine.

Re: steps 9 and 10 of Network troubleshooter failing

Thanks for your reply. But the HDA is using its own DNS and when I turned off DHCP I did renew the addresses of the clients so I think I have taken your advice already. DO I need to repeat anything? The clients are definitely pointing to the router. But not HDA as DNS/ It seems the client is the pro...

Joomla uninstall joomla 3.02 reinstall 1.7 fails

I made the mistake of upgrading to joomla 3.0 only to realise I would need extensions that are not yet available. So I uninstalled and re-installed. Something is wrong because some of the home page is corrupt, and I cannot access many other pages at all. Admin is accessible. I don't know where to st...

Which is what I was trying the troubleshoot to help with. The router is accessible by name from the hda. Interest...
