Re: Destination Unavailable
No errors in either an uninstall or the reinstall (already had tried packaged reinstall actually).

Re: Destination Unavailable
Still looking, but I haven't seen anything in the way of information on this appearing locally... And the restore unavailable thing supposedly shouldn't appear on the regular version of Crashplan at all. I'm thinking I might try a manual install actually, although I'm not yet convinced this would be...

Destination Unavailable
I recently upgraded to Fedora (19), and getting Crashplan going again has me stumped. I'm able to login to the headless server, and everything seems good to go, but whenever I try to start the backups I am told that the destination is unavailable. Oddly, when logged into the the server through the r...

Re: Transmission and Locally Mounted Shares
I actually managed to fix this, although I'm pretty damn vague on what I did by the end of it. It seems that transmission was running under username debian-transmission and the trick was to add that to the users group (something I eventually found in old Amahi documentation actually). Ugh. Since thi...

Transmission and Locally Mounted Shares
Ok, so this might be a complicated one, but is there any simple solution to this? I'm trying to revise my torrent setup so that completed downloads get moved into a share that is on the Greyhole pool. I set the completed torrents folder to a folder in /mnt/samba/*share* and the setting seem to have ...

Re: Updating Transmission
Sorry for the delay. Definitely interested in testing anything you have on this, though the best solution might be that I become an app contributor. I've got a couple of things I'd like to take a crack at packaging if I can figure out everything involved, and am not especially interested in becoming...

Re: Updating Transmission
Nothing there is particularly enlightening. There are links to very old Anahi specific packages for updating Transmission on Fedora. That leaves me wanting to do a fresh manual install, but needing documentation on how to put together a web app myself, (both to to integrate with the Amahi interface ...

Re: Locate command and shares
I would expect it to find files in both, but it doesn't . Only /var/hda/files is indexed at all. Locate seems to think /mnt/samba is empty. My guess is that because of samba being used the indexing daemon thinks they are network mounts and skips them. [ Post made via iPhone ] http://forums.amahi.org...

Updating Transmission
Has anyone successfully updated the version of transmission included in the one click install? There used to be instructions for doing it on Fedora, but it took an Amahi specific package to do it, so I'm somewhat leery of just trying to install the newer transmission-daemon packages. I would take a ...
