Re: starting sabnzbd: sorry requires python modul cheetah 2.0cr7
I recently had to reinstall and upgrade from f9 to f10, I couldn't get Web install to work, ( to be fair it ran and made all the links, added to the dash etc but the service was unrecognized if I tried to start it. ) I already had the fusion repos installed so i yum'd the unrar and par2cmdline, then...

:Edit:
That Worked thank you!

Amahi Repo file
Can someone please upload their Amahi repo file from /etc/yum.repos.d/ ? I understand this install method is not supported but my graphics card is not supported on the x64 install dvd (even with boot options such as xdriver=vesa, etc). Since I can not install using graphical, I can not add the repo ...

Re: HTTPS / Secure forms of Authentication
Thanks for your reply. I do understand my concerns regarding network security are a bit high, I work in the Security sector and spend most of my day looking over network traffic captures. I run a enterprise level VPN firewall to remotely access my internal networks so I can not comment on the Amahi ...

Re: Where to start...RAID...LVM...
Hardware raid is as good as it gets. Software raid can be extremely difficult to recover. Something to keep in mind is how much totall data you are storing. For many people, a raid 1 mirror is as simple and proactive. It will mirror the disks in a 1 to 1 backup, you can litterally take the dead one ...

Re: Amahi dchp can't use
I have a similar situation. My advise is to add something to your Login script, not rc.local (doesnt seem to work!) to kill the service. While it may not be the "cleanest" method, I simply kill the service each time I boot with the below command. It is at times tedious, but I tend to leave...

HTTPS / Secure forms of Authentication
I have opened another forum topic for this for assistance, so far I have been able to get one of many of the pages to work over HTTPS. Aside from this ALL Traffic to your amahi server is plain text. Even Samba traffic, this is no good. I'd also like to point out that simply forcing a user to authent...

Sabnzbd 4.11 Update
Is there currently any way to update to 4.11 without loosing all your settings? Currently it appears you have to replace the current version installed, There's a few bugs with unpacking some akward rars on the current version and I am hoping they are fixed in 4.11. If anyone could make any suggestio...

Re: HTTPS for all pages
You are correct, I have little experience with Apache, but a reasonable amount of time in the trenches with Nix. Eventually, I plan to have this machine headless so I'm pretty concerned about locking the box down. I'm really hoping the ubuntu release drops soon as I have a bit more experience lockin...

HTTPS for all pages
Is there currently an available way to enforce https for all pages in Amahi? I read about the http password, but unfortunately, it's plain text traffic. I've taken a look around the forums and various places but haven't found any mention. I noted mention of /etc/monit.conf and the httpd service bein...
