what the crap.....Drive failure caused that error. I guess I got it figured out..... nuts that was a 2TB HD too.

Thanks for the reply bigfoot65 ... this is embarrassing but im glad I got it. Turns out that the new defaults for Plex are similar to my older version configuration. Had to specify port 32400 and go through the /web/ initial url and everything worked out.
