Re: Need help on VPN & yourhda.com
UPDATE: So I jumped on freenode and through some back and forth found out that the domain link or DNS was bad. Somewhere along the line a different version of the domain had gotten linked to the hda, possibly on a re-install when I first put Amahi 7 on. Anyway, long story short, the dynDNS was reset...

Re: Need help on VPN & yourhda.com
Well, still no luck. Tried again outside network, and VPN got same message: Can't resolve host ( mjclarke.yourhda.com ), can't access yourhda.com link either. So I reset router to factory and reconfigured, adding port forwards again (80, 443 and one for Plex), to no avail. Spoke with Verizon (ISP) a...

Re: Need help on VPN & yourhda.com
OK, so I will have to see when I'm outside my network. Have to run out in an hour or so, will check then and see what happens.

Re: Need help on VPN & yourhda.com
OK, rebooted and cleared browser. Still not connecting to yourhda.com link. Does it only work outside the network? I thought it still would connect inside, but it's been a while since I had set it all up in Amahi 6. Checked OpenVPN via terminal in VNC, loaded and active after reboot.

Re: Need help on VPN & yourhda.com
On http://www.canyouseeme.org/, Port 80 was reported as seen. What would I need to do to reboot network. Anything other than restarting everything?
UPDATE: Uninstalling IPSec VPN now.

Re: Need help on VPN & yourhda.com
I suppose ISP is possible. Everything worked in Amahi 6, and I've had the same everything since (service, router, etc.) I've changed some internal stuff (switch, WiFi) but that shouldn't effect outside, because it should come to the server through the router. The only thing I changed on Amahi was th...

Re: Need help on VPN & yourhda.com
Yes, Installed from the Apps list in Dashboard. Says running in the dashboard, but checked via terminal ( systemctl status openvpn@amahi.service ) and said it was dead. Saw in another post to change permissions ( chmod 755 -R /var/run/openvpn ), then restarted and now the terminal shows it as loaded...

Need help on VPN & yourhda.com
I upgraded to Amahi 7 in the last year or so. I had OpenVPN working great with HDAConnect3 (Windows clients) under Amahi 6/Fedora 14. Since the upgrade to Amahi 7/Fedora 19, I cannot get VPN to work, and get the message that the address "user.yourhda.com" is bad/cannot resolve host. If I t...

Re: Amahi 7, Root Partition Full
Well I feel dumb . . . Apparently, My back up drive wasn't mounted, and my daily backup was saved into the drive folder that it mounts to, so it filled the space on my root partition almost perfectly. I didn't realize it because I thought it was mounted, so "pooh-poohed" the folder thinkin...

Re: Amahi 7, Root Partition Full
Doesn't seem to be that. Checked before, there pretty close to empty. It seems that it is definitely in my root drive https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=2BB93A12A54D6836!8436&authkey=!AFddyBrW5gdGVQk&v=3&ithint=photo%2c.JPG But all of my file space seems to be taken up in my data driv...
