Re: Greyhole - Missing Files From Shares

Problem Solved and it was so simple!!!!!   I was digging the forum and I saw somewhere a mention about permissions. I thought that it wouldn't hurt to try that as well, I run chown -R admin:users for all my drives and behold my files were there!!!! I am certain that I checked the ...

Re: Greyhole - Missing Files From Shares

I upgraded Greyhole to version 0.9.9 and I run a fsck -o. I am still waiting to end so I will post the results. In case that it doesn't fix the problem, if I delete all the tombstones and force Greyhole to recreate them will that help? Is there an easy way to do this? Of course with over 3TB of data...

Re: Greyhole - Missing Files From Shares

Ok, at the wiki I see this Fedora Amahi releases new versions of Greyhole (GH) after they've been tested. Official Greyhole for Amahi 7 on Fedora 19 is 0.9.44 The ONLY officially supported Greyhole package for Amahi 7 is available from the Amahi repository. The Greyhole web site no longer provides u...

Re: Greyhole - Missing Files From Shares

I would recommend you upgrade Greyhole. Could you point me to guide about this? If you install Amahi 7, we can assist with any problems you might have with getting Greyhole working. Took me 10 minutes to get it working with 3 drives. Personally, I would not spend a lot of time on Amahi 6 as support...

Re: Greyhole - Missing Files From Shares

Hello, I am using Greyhole 0.9.2. Should I update? I installed the Amahi 7 and after following the wiki for greyhole, it just would not work. So I decided to go back to Amahi 6 and wait until the greyhole app is available. If I can't sort this out and I decide to go to Amahi 7 again, how will I tran...

SOLVED: OpenVPN & Android Jelly Bean

Hello, everybody. I tried to connect my Nexus 4 to my hda through openvpn and I must admit, I am a bit lost. I tried to follow the wiki but the instructions are a bit outdated. I cannot find which app should I download from Google, so I downloaded the OpenVpn For Android. Next I followed the wiki in...

Re: Amahi DLNA metadata...

I know this is a little bit late but it could be useful to someone else with that problem. One of the best solutions for creating XBMC nfo files is the Ember Media Manager ( http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?t=50348 ). Unfortunately, you have manually scan your shares for changes, so every time y...

Re: OpenVPN ALS: Router does not support Port Translation

ok, I will try it and post the results. Thank you UPDATE: it worked, thank you very much. I can access my shares through the Adito page without any problems. Now all I have to do, is figure out how to access my apps (although, that is not essential at all). I think you can mark this topic as solved!...
