Re: Cannot disable HDA DHCP (still)
Update: Got on IRC and CPG had me cycle the "Monitored by Watchdog" checkbox to checked then unchecked. That seemed to do the trick. YMMV

Re: Cannot disable HDA DHCP (still)
I'm having the same problem with DHCP coming on randomly, even after I choose to disable it.

Re: Set Amahi as DNS server through Tomato
I have Amahi running on a network with a router flashed with tomato. You have 2 options for DNS: 1) Enter the IP address for your HDA as a static DNS entry on Basic->Network Then in Advanced->DHCP/DNS, add strict-order to the Dnsmasq custom configuration setting. This will make your HDA the DNS serv...

Re: DNS question on home.com domain
Ok, Update: I stumbled my way into dnsmasq settings that configured the DNS server on the router to relegate requests for the home.com domain to the HDA. Happy days! Then a storm at our house caused us to lose power and when the HDA came back up, it got the idea in it's head that DHCP should be ON f...

Re: DNS question on home.com domain
All my desktop machines get DNS settings from the router (Which continues to serve as the DHCP server)
What I'm hoping for help with is Dnsmasq configuration lines (which I'm not familiar with) that would configure on my network all requests for *.home.com to go with the HDA.

DNS question on home.com domain
Background: Before I had my Amahi server set up, I had multiple computers in the house all connected nicely through my router that I flashed with the Tomato firmware. I like this firmware because it is rock solid and very fast, and it makes my home network worry free. One of the things it does is pr...

Re: Ampache, does it work for anyone?
Outside of the house, I use AmpachePre to attempt to access my ampache, and thus far I've been able to have my phone log into the server, see listings of media, but the streaming isn't working. I've tried the web interface but that isn't successful because I think my office doesn't like specifying p...

DLNA Server Naming of media items
With much thanks to cpg, I was finally able to get DLNA working on my F14 box. The M4V files I put up there seemed to stream fine, but the names presented weren't the names of the files, but instead appeared to be metadata or something. Is there something in the configuration I need to work with, or...
