Ill change the amahi gateway back to 192.168.1.1 and change the routers fixed address. I have had the setup before, (before i moved to this address), the apps were more stable, but now they seem more off than on. Hello.Is that the correct IP address for your router? Most are 192.168.1.1, not 254.
Thank you for your response. Yes my router is fixed at 192.168.1.254, I carried over the settings since I moved house.
Any other clues?

Quick answer from me, for all your shares, if you expand the share(s) and individually change the location (click on the source i.e. var/hda/files... it will change colour when you hover over it) and change it to the drive you want followed by the share name, i.e. yours would be var/hda/files/drives...
