general ampache setup question
Hello and thanks in advance for any help. Ampache is not seeing my music or video files. Is there a general guide to ampache setup under Amahi? I've spent hours googling and looking and I can't find one. The Ampache site does not make sense to me. I've tried editing the conf file to fix any permissi...

Re: Halts on install

Re: Amahi running but can't log in locally
Oh, man. I see now. Brownouts suck. I do not know of any way to bypass the GUI to get to the terminal before the GUI is done booting. There is a built-in remote desktop functionality in Fedora 14- In the GUI under System/Preferences/Remote Desktop- but you have to check a box that allows others to s...

Re: Amahi running but can't log in locally
please clarify, are you installing Fedora 14 on a machine that is already running Amahi? Typically, you would install Fedora 14 and then install Amahi from the repository... at which point you wouldn't need to install Fedora again...

Re: transmission 2.22 on a macbook interferes with Amahi(?)
Okay, this is odd. After installing ISC DHCP 4.2.1 and editing the conf file and copying it to the etc directory, I still am running the old (original) verision of DHCP [bill@globallocal ~]$ su Password: [root@globallocal bill]# rpm -q dhcp dhcp-4.2.0-19.P2.fc14.i686 [root@globallocal bill]# what th...
