Multiple Users outside network

I'm probably missing something but before spending too much time thought I'd reach out. I have an Amahi server running at a small private school. They would like students to be able to access files outside of the school. I need a quick painless way to do this. I was able to forward port 80 to the HD...

GLPI and OCSNG

I've read through the installation instructions for OCSNG and its connection to GLPI but before attempting any of this I was curious if anyone had done it or if anyone was working on a one click install? I handle the computers for a small private school on a pseudo paid plan and it's difficult to ke...

huge hda-updates.log file

I manage an HDA for a small school and found out tonight that things weren't working correctly. I connected remotely and eventually realized that the hda-update.log file was over 20GB and as such had filled up the root partition so nothing was working. I cleared it and all is well but I'm left with ...

Re: redirect home folders to HDA

User home directories are in /home/"username" You can also create a share using the HDA setup shares tab. Doing it this way you can provide multiple users different permissions to folders. When you say log in with a username are you referring to logging in to the hda through the web interf...

Not sure why the config.php file isn't being created. [ENV] fc Not installed! Please create config.php from config-dist.php Call stack (most re...

Re: Followed troubleshooting and VPN still not working

I think the whole range has to be changed for it to work but I'm no expert. I would back up though and make sure that the VPN is working correctly as you haven't said whether or not the problems you are having are related to ranges. If the problems you are having are NOT range related I would change...

Re: Followed troubleshooting and VPN still not working

One of the ranges would have to be changed. I had a vpn issue from home to work because of that and just changed the range on my router. If you check it and find out the ranges are the same post back with some details of your network setup and I'm sure we can help a bit more.
