I added some files yesterday at around 11 PM, and the same thing happened when iTunes moved them from Movies to TV Shows. Here's the link to the greyhole log from yesterday.

I gave that a shot, but it turns out I already have 0.9.0. On a slightly different note, I found that if I quickly change the media type from "movie" to "TV show" after importing the file in iTunes, the file won't disappear.
