Re: How do I "purchase" free apps like Amahi Sync?
Perfect, thanks for your help. I found Amahi sync in the list after all. The thing that confused me is that under the apps tab, it says 1. Get Apps 2. Install here. I didn't realize that the free apps were already "got". Should have skipped right to step 2.
Thanks again,

Re: How do I "purchase" free apps like Amahi Sync?
Thanks for your reply! Ok, so regardless of whether Amahi Sync is free or not (I assume there would be a cost for Amazon S3, at the least), wouldn't I have to download it's packages onto the server? Re: PBA marketing stuff on Amahi.org is very misleading
Thanks - crashplan looks really cool. Was it difficult to set up on Amahi? I'm not much of a Linux user and avoid command line whenever possible.

Re: PBA marketing stuff on Amahi.org is very misleading
Just thought I'd throw my feedback out there, as well. After looking over the Amahi site I really wanted to give it a try to possibly someday replace my WHS. After reading about the troubles/complexities with automated backups, though, I'm afraid I'll have to pass. For me, I'd need two types of back...
