Re: Wordpress Webapp location of php.ini

Thanks again for the help. FYI I had a typo, it should be .htaccess not .htacess. I placed it in the wordpress webapp folder \var\hda\webapps\wordpress before I received your reply to see if it would work, and it did. I'll have to see if there are any issues and if I have to move it to the html fold...

Re: Wordpress Webapp location of php.ini

Hi Bigfoot,

Thanks for the reply, just to confirm, would I put the file in the wordpress \var\hda\webapps\wordpress directory or the apps directory /var\hda\apps?

Can I just create a file using gedit and name it .htacess?

Thanks!

SOLVED: Wordpress Webapp location of php.ini

Hi Everyone,
I'm setting up a wordpress site for development purposes. I'm trying to locate the php.ini file so I can increase the size limit for uploads. I did a search on the hda directory with no success.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Ubuntu Firewall

Hello, I moved over to ubuntu and having VPN issues. I wanted to look at the iptables like with fedora to make sure certain ports were accepting traffic. It turns out the Ubuntu is not using iptables, but instead has ufw (uncomplicated firewall) https://help.ubuntu.com/12.04/serverguide/firewall.htm...

Clients can't connect with ipsec vpn on Ubuntu

Hello, I've been searching high and low trying to figure out where my problem is, and I haven't found a solution. About 2 weeks ago I setup ipsec-VPN on my Fedora 14 Amahi server so I could connect my new iPad to the server remotely, unfortunately the HD on my the server failed a week later. (Fortun...

Re: Going to //hda/ takes me to my VPN login page

Hi Radioz, Yes, the computer I was using was inside my network, it is a machine I usually on a regular basis running Win7. The problem of not being able to connect to the HDA from a web browser, at least for now, resolved itself with a second re-boot. I'm still unable to access the HDA from VNC, I'l...

Re: Going to //hda/ takes me to my VPN login page

Hi Radioz, Sorry for the confusion. When in my web browser (FF/IE/Chrome) if I type //hda/ I should connect to my HDA to log in and administer it. Now when I type //hda/ it takes me to the VPN page (Adito is the VPN Server). I am also unable to connect via TightVNC to manage my HDA via GUI rather th...

Going to //hda/ takes me to my VPN login page

So, I wanted to check the status of my Crash Plan backups and attempted to use TightVNC to access my Amahi server. I get an error and am unable to connect. I can access server thru putty and network shares so I know that the server is running (plus I can access the internet as Amahi also runs DHCP)....
