Re: SOLVED! - Amahi 7 - Am I having a Fedora problem?

No luck, I wasn't able to change the nic... I could access the web and my HDA, but dhcp wouldn't work on the HDA when I disabled my router dhcp... I'm bailing on Amahi... I spent hours yesterday and can't invest anymore time trouble shooting it.

Re: SOLVED! - Amahi 7 - Am I having a Fedora problem?

I got it installed and the code recognized with the express installer... I can access the internet and //HDA - however when I disable DHCP in my router, DHCP doesn't work on the HDA... Yet the DHCP server on the HDA seems to be running. Could that be a result of eth0?

Re: Copying files

Although from what I've read your not supposed to do the yum-updates... however it fixed my problem... (I'm getting 50MB/s) hope the updates don't break anything in Amahi...

Re: Copying files

Thanks for the tip... no offence, there's got to be a better way that DOS  If that's it... then I'm done with amahi... I'll head back to WHS... I have about 5-600GB of data to move... it will take me weeks
