This took me some time to figure out too.

What works for me in Sickbeard is:

localhost:25914

i assume also that 127.0.0.1:25914 would work also.

SABnzbd installs to /var/spool/sabnzbd/

at least mine did.
Also when i did the install I did get some errors. To correct I uninstalled the app then installed it again.
