Did you use the Fedora 12 DVD and not the live CD or network build? Please take a look at the install log. As root user, it should be in the ~ directory....called hda-install.log or something similar. This might shed some light on the problem. You can get to the installer by opening your web browse...

I followed all the instructions to install fedora and amahi up to the point where it says loacate and open the icon onthe desktop to install amahi. Can someone help?

I know it says we need fedora 12 in the installation instructions but its hould be made clear that later versions are not supported or will not work
