Re: ownCloud Version 5.0.6 Testing Status

How is testing going on 5.0.x? I think the project is up to 5.0.13, but has the stability improved?

Thanks much for all the work on this awesome app. I use it everyday.

Re: troubles with shares

hey, thanks for the reply. Yes, that is definitely what I was getting at. Amahi created the shares, but they don't show on the dashboard or in Samba. The shares I manually created do. But, if I navigate to /var/hda/files on the server, there are duplicates. The ones I created and the ones Amahi did....

Folding@home team?

Anybody have Folding@home installed on their server?

I think it's a great cause, how about an Amahi team?

troubles with shares

This has been a strange one. I've installed amahi 5 times in the past with very little for issues (I keep changing machines, hard drive died, etc) This time the powersupply went and burned the mobo too. So I picked up a used poweredge server. I installed FC12x64 from cd and added the f12.amahi.org r...

Old Server died, move drives to new server

Ok, so my old server died and I have over 1tb of data greyholed across 3 1tb drives. I bought a Dell PowerEdge 9500 ($300 used, wife is pissed at how big it is, I still haven't wiped the grin off my face hehe) it has the perc 5i SAS raid card, but I'm thinking for data storage I still might want gre...

Re: PS3 Media Server, Yes Gonna Bring it up Again.

i know i'm kinda resurrecting this thread, but I feel it's important. The reason why none of us can get any of the current amahi DLNA programs to play MKV's on our PS3's is not because of the programs, there is nothing wrong with the current Amahi DLNA offerings as far as MKV files go. The problem i...

Re: Installs get stuck...

well... I'd like to avoid doing a fresh install if I can. I tried updating yum with yum -y update. It goes through and very quickly gets stuck on this: updates/filelists_db | 95 kB updates/filelists_db | 95 kB updates/filelists_db | 95 kB updates/filelists_db | 95 kB updates/filelists_db | 95 kB upd...

Re: Installs get stuck...

tried it. I have to run the command several times, but ruby comes back withing a couple seconds, and couple more seconds and there is 6 instances of ruby. killall ruby again, and they all come back. Now what exactly is ruby. It is never there until I do an install. When I do an install, several inst...

Installs get stuck...

Well, I don't think I've earned any title other than noob, so here it goes. Been running amahi for a couple months now. It's on a headless machine. Most things have been working great. Amahitunes has been a bit of a sore spot for me. Usually I'll get it working, then sometimes for whatever reason th...
