I had exactly the same problem and reported in this thread: http://forums.amahi.org/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1715 I reported it in bug #622 and was able to fix it with the instructions that some other people supplied. Maybe you have the same problem.

This is just a general question. Is the AmahiTunes application supposed to inherit the Amahi HDA Theme? I tested it with a few themes and it does not seem to inherit any.
