Yes, both the primary and secondary DNS addresses point to the Amahi server. And what do you mean? Yes the HDA has a static IP address on my network. hemminger: Yes I have disabled the DHCP server on my router and I have changed the DNS to the IP address of the Amahi machine.

Network & Internet Connection Unreliable
I set up a new Amahi box today, and I followed all the instructions. Everything works great! BUT , the whole network is now slightly slower (not a huge issue), and the net cuts in and out - I have to refresh a page a couple times to get it to load correctly sometimes, and others pages won't load all...

bigfoot: I was experiencing this same issue, and what fixed it for me was clicking "Edit" when the error came up and changing the respiratories from "https" to "http". Not sure if you know this already, but thought I'd post this somewhere in hope it'll help someone.

You don't need to do anything :-D. Once it's boot up, just leave it the way it is. You don't need to login, and you could just unplug the monitor, mouse, keyboard, and all of your other peripherals all together if you wished. Amahi (when installed with the Express CD) is meant to be used via a web b...
