Hi,
I just set up Amahi with Ubuntu 12.04 and installed AES via one-click.
Unfortunately, the web-interface won't come up.
According to the logs, AES seems to be running, though.
Is this a general Ubuntu problem or am I missing something?
TIA,
mc

Stop using Greyhole
Hi, I want to create a new hda and therefore dismantle the old one. How do I "uninstall" Greyhole and move all the files to directories of the disks outside gh? My landing zone is /var/hda/files, do i have to move it out of the pool first? Just wanting to recover all my media files on one ...

Re: Amahi Energy Saver
Hi jayrock, sorry for taking so long, I was out of town. No, I do not have an ExpressCD installation. Output of said command: /var/hda/web-apps/aes/html/lib/icalendar-parser.rb:156:in `is_upcoming_task': undefined method `-' for nil:NilClass (NoMethodError) from /var/hda/web-apps/aes/html/lib/aes.rb...

Re: Amahi Energy Saver
Sadly I have to say that my report was too fast in coming. AES client now states "Powersave is blocked. Please try again later" The HDA won't go to sleep. Suspending via pm-suspend works and the hda will wake via AES-Client command. aes.log states there are locked shares: http://fpaste.org...

Re: Amahi Energy Saver
EDIT: Solved it by myself, no need to look into it. Just forgot to delete the directories in /usr/share before installing. Sorry to bother. Hi jayrock, After deleting old aes install and services aes and aes-app and installing via OneClick, I can't get to http://aes. log is at http://fpaste.org/cnEF...

Re: Amahi Energy Saver
Thanks for the quick reaction. Just installed it, works like a charm.
The following package was installed by yum automatically: rubygem-sqlite3-ruby-1.2.4-5.fc12.x86_64
Just wondered because it's an fc12 package.
