I installed Amahi 5.0 about 3 weeks ago. I can find no trace of Amahitunes anywhere, either as an app, or within Amahi itself. Can anyone help? :D

Amahitunes did not work with f12 (lots of php issues with php 5.3.1 and older apps), we are working to fix and release it as soon as possible.

Yup, we are looking forward to it ;) As a temporary solution, I mounted my "Music" share and dropped its contents onto iTunes. Looks like it worked just fine and saved me a lot of space on my local HD.

I have Amahi 5 running on Fedora 12. I was on the server looking through the packages available and found AmahiTunes. Goto "System", "Adminstration" and "Add/Remove Software". I installed the package and it worked. So far no issues for me.

Good point. This should work, though there is no web user interface, which is what is broken in the app.

Thanks for pointing this out!

With 5.2, the web application interface (http://amahitunes) works :) However I cannot login as admin (http://hda:3689/) using:

* user: admin
* password: mt-daapd

as instructed in the wiki... Has the login info changed?

Thanks!

Unless you change it in the config file the login information is mt-daapd/mt-daapd
