Rails application failed to start properly-hda setup

something went bad with your install. if you did is per the directions and still breaks,
we would like to fix this issue.

try this:

I was having the same issue. I got a little closer to getting up and running by checking all the packages. As I think was stated above rubygem-fcgi and rubygem-gd2 were not installed. I installed them through yumex and the ruby error went away and gave me an interface.

Just a little background on me to give you some hope. This is my first time mucking about with fedora and only my second distro of nix my first being ubuntu. So we can plug through this together and hopefully make it easier for the next one down the line.

Edit: After instaling both those files and restarting the proper window came up and Amahi was working as it should and is accessible via all computers.

let me ask - how did you install?

did you use the FULL DVD for Fedora 10? that is the supported method.

otherwise , the "Rails application failed to start properly" is a bug and we'd like to help debug.
